Celastrol
Celastrol is a potent proteasome inhibitor for the chymotrypsin-like activity of a purified 20S proteasome with IC50 of 2.5 μM. Celastrol is also a novel HSP90 inhibitor, it has anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor , antiangiogenesis, and antioxidant activities. Celastrol inhibits Plasmodium falciparum enoyl-acyl carrier protein reductase and inhibits VEGF receptors expression.

Recommended storage conditions and precautions regarding proper product handling are contained in the product Certificate of Analysis (COA). Here are general storage guidelines for compounds:
Powder: -20°C 3 years and 4°C 2 years
In solvent: -80°C 6 months and -20°C 1 month
If the solution is stored at -20°C for more than one month, it should be re-examined to ensure its efficacy. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.
