Questinol exhibits significant anti-obesity activity. It shows anti-inflammatory effect in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells, it can inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 and inhibit NO and PGE2 production.
