Thiocolchicoside is a semisynthetic sulfur derivative of colchicoside. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant and has anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties.Thiocolchicoside exhibits anticancer activity through inhibition of NF-κB and NF-κB-regulated gene products.
